Aero Spoiler Anyone?

Does anybody have this spoiler installed (http://www.minigenuineparts.co.uk/mi...0.420.483.html) and if so are they able to post a photo

I'm curious if the spoiler has a bit of an upward kick to it, or if it's pretty well flat with the roof line?

Now that is a nice spoiler for the rear. Never seen that before. Want to check that out. I have gotten stuff from Martin before, but did not see this. Thanks. i have been thinking of something like this anyway...

Availability but installed?

Yeah, I see it is avail at any Mini dealer, but has anyone installed it before? I like the lack of a center post and it does appear to sit up a bit higher and into the airstream than the stock S spoiler. The JCW spoiler is a bit much in appearance for not doing a whole heck of a lot aerodynamically under 80 mph.

Do you know of anyone that has it and some picts?

If I didn't have the spoiler on my car that I have now, I'd have that one....

got it!

Was actually able to see one of these on am R56 at ABF on Friday while I got the springs and tune done. I like it!! Ordered it Saturday. Should be in next week and along with the extra roof material, I should be able to install it and cover it with the extra roof graphic material to match.

Highly recommend ABF springs!! Great and $350 installed!!! The tune was even better. Wow!!!! 15 more hp on the factory JCW engine. Man it pulls like crazy!!!

Mini with Hubie springs

Ok. The nest progressive rate springs lower the car 1.7 inches overall. They still feel like the Sport Suspension springs though. Very nice.

Aero Spoiler

I posted this last November:

"MINI Aero Spoiler
Is this the one?

http://www.minigenuineparts.co.uk/mi...0.420.483.html

I just installed one on my '09 JCW. It's a very nice look. You don't see many around. It's extremely easy to install. Five 10mm nuts under rubber covers under the rear boot. Just be careful taking the nuts off and don't drop them un the open space between the two panels."

I really like this spoiler and as noted, easy to install. I got mine at Morristown MINI. Ordered lots of stuff from these guys and haven't been disappointed. Don't forget to ask for the NAM discount.

That does look nice.

Is there any difference (improvement) with respect to dirt on the rear boot?
