Has anybody had the Sport Stripes installed by the dealer rather than the usual bonnet stripes? Pictures of how they look?

Has anybody seen an image of a MCS with the stripes off center? Some sports cars from the 60s had the pair of stripes off center like this - on the drivers side I believe. Any examples of stripes like this on a MC or MCS that you can point me to?

Yes, thanks. I like these better than the factory bonnet stripes. I wonder if the dealer will locate them off to the side for me.

Here's Swarley's - hes blacked out his chrome too. I like the red on black on the roof too.

 

Alright Ernesto - there is the off center stripe. A thick and thin combo. Now how did he arrive at the passenger side - I thought they should go on the drivers side? Oh - maybe he's thinking right hand drive?

Or I guess he's just matching his shirt!

Wow - almost 4 months since I posted this. Cars built, delivered, broken in, and finally this week - its got stripes!

Thanks for the encouragement early on - the dealer was great and put the stripes down just as I wanted. I got the stripe material from www.mightystripes.com
