Finally order my first Whalen ****. How to fit it?

Hi

I order a Whalen Shift ****.

Now I want to know how to install it?

I know I need to pull the **** real HARD

- In which gear
- Any tips or technique?

Any info are welcome

just put it in neutral and start pulling like crazy..
it will come off easier than you thought

It come off pretty easily. My only piece of advice - don't have your head lined up with your hand when you're pulling....

Best thing to do is put it in second, straddle the gear shift (left leg in the driver's side footwell, right leg in the passenger footwell) and pull. As stated previously, don't pull straight towards your chin or you'll knock yourself out.
You're going to love the Whalen.

You lift the spring loaded sleeve on the whalen and push it down hard (making sure the alignment slot is in the right spot so it goes all the way down.) Then you release the spring laoded sleeve so it goes back down and locks ontot he shaft.

There will be an instruction card in the box with the ****.

It's VERY easy. You can install or remove it with one hand, even while driving.
You just have to pull the collar up first.
