4 big lights and a license plate ..

I want to do 4 x 6" lights on the front of my cooperS in the lower grill opening.

Something like the Alta Bar/out motoring mounts.. but i need to have a front license plate.

Anyone got any pics of 4 big lights with a front plate installed?

pics and details please!

Maybe one of those tow hook licence brackets will work?

I've got four, but they are the smaller ones.

And the Classic has the larger 6" ones, but the plate in not on in this pic.

Doesn't the 4 road lamps in the lower grille affect the cooling operation?

If you check MINI2, there is a BMW note saying they will no longer install four lights down low because of that issue.

However, many ppl run them with no issues. You pay your money and take your chances. If you do have cooling issues, dont expect MINI to fix it.

I ran this all summer in 110+ heat up and down the sierras, thru Death Valley with no problems at all. I talked with a guy from germany who designed the cooling for the current model as well as the new 07's. He said that with the current models it shouldn't cause any problems, but it might on the 07's. He was here testing the 07's by pulling around a 1500lb uhaul trailer up and down the mtn.

But as bugs said warrenty?? whats that. I'm almost 75k miles out now.
