Pull and lift the seating part off, you will find few bolts in fr/rr, tilt the back at 45 degree towards the front of the car and lift up.

One thing, I got the front part of the seat unclipped, is the back the same way? Just a little force, I didnt want to pull to hard, and break anything.

You have to pull the carpet back a little bit to get to the center bolts. I'll do a search and see if i can find the detailed instructions. The bolts are the easy part, but the back takes some "persuading" to find the right postion to get the pivot points out, rember one at a time and seat backs need to be mildly angled one at a time to get the sweet spot for removal.

hope this help s and doesn't confuse you any more. any questions just ask. as mine have been out for over 2 years now and i just installed a false floor since there is no room for people back there any ways.

You will not break the seat BTW. You just need to find the right angle (45 degree) on mine and pull up.You will need to be in back of the front seat when you're doing it.

The rear seat bottom is cake to take out / put in. No tools or anything. Well, putting it back in might be a touch harder than pulling it out, those little child seat / LATCH thingies can be a little difficult to snap in sometimes (like maybe a 2 on the 1-10 scale of difficulty).

The seat backs are pretty easy to put back in. One bolt is involved, and I usually just loosen it, not remove it completely. I'd probably say for the seat backs, putting them back in is a little bit easier than taking them out.

This is all assuming you're not also removing / replacing the seatbelt hardware and such, just the seats themselves.

I just looked at Rick's pictures, and they're different from how I remove my seats. Not sure if it's a model year change, or if he's removing some of the brackets along with the seats...

Looking at these pictures:

The only bolt I loosen (not even remove) is seen in the second picture, it's the one directly above the one that is being removed - the one that is between the seat back halves. Loosen that until the top part of the "plate" moves enough to let the pin attached to the seat back slip out of the bracket. Wiggle things and loosen that enough and the pin will pop out of the bracket in the center. Find the right angle and the pin on the outboard side of the seat will come free.

Easy

It's a lot easier than that even. From the boot, fold down the two seats and unscrew the bolt that's between the crack of the two seats (as referenced in the post directly above). Take the bolt all the way out, and what you're now looking at is a latch. Push the top part of the metal bracket toward the front of the car and then the seats are free to come out. Take the middle part out first and then angle the seat 45 degrees and pull the seat toward the center of the car to remove the seat from the outboard side.

Just did a rear seat delete to mine today, to put in a Shrader Performance kit. It was all guys, so we didn't read the directions (included), we just unscrewed the center bolt and as many size 40 torx heads as we could find and it wiggled right out. Then we put the extra bolts back in! ;-)

(not me, a buddy named Steve, credit to him for working while I took pics...)
