Greetings all!
Those people who bought the chrome side markers-How was the quality? I was told that the chrome was not very good. What are your opinions? Where did you purchase them from?

I bought mine from MOSS and I am very happy with them. On my black MC they look much sharper than the black plastic ones.

I could only find one half decent picture:

The Moss markers are the OEM black plastic ones that they had chromed. Not a perfect job, but the imperfections are not noticable once they are on the car. I think these look best on those MCs with the chrome inserts.

I find them to be mediocre at best. The chrome is pretty bumpy, its as if they didn't even spray on any primer first. The chrome itself has a sort of goldish-rust hue to it. Not worth the money and the wait in my opinion.

You could order them from your dealer. From what I understand, the chroming process is expensive and they usually will only do large batches at a time. Let us know what you find out.

I got mine from Moss MINI and agree with iancull that it looks great on the car.
My car is LW, makes a big difference.... for the better!

True the chrome job is not the best but it looks better than the black plastic. I purchased when the price was $69.95, I believe Moss is now charging $99.95.

Worth getting at $69.95, think twice about paying $99.95.
