White Sunroof Decal?

Has anyone got/seen a MINI with a white roof and white sunroof decal? I've been searching for pics on how it would look. I'm set to order my new MCS tomorrow and have been leaning towards HB/W but don't like the black hole the sunroof turns the roof into. What about the factory white sunroof decal option. Any opionons or pics would be appreciated.

cheers,

Amit

Check out www.cooperflags.com They have what you want and they also are a sponser of this forum. I have a checker decal they made and it's really quality stuff. I know they have made white decals.........give them a call or e-mail them!

Note also the pics from inside. I hear they don't really reduce the amount of light much - certainly less than the roller shade.

I've got a solid white static cling decal that does a nice job of blocking sunlight.

I got the White Decal offered as stock order. (Sorry no pics of my new car yet). I personally really like it because it is opague..my wife loves it because she didn't want the black sunroof spoiling (her words) the white roof line. I think that some other companies offer designs that allow occupants to see through.

We ordered the roof decal, when they went to put it on it was the checkerboard pattern in a white pattern box. So they had to order a new one. I took delivery of the car (Monday) without it and told them I'd have it installed on a visit back. I was told it's translucent so it will let light through but covers the black of the sunroof. I'll have to get back to you on how well it works/looks. We are having too much fun driving the car so not sure when I'll get back to have it installed.

There is a couple options you can do. If you want the sun to come throught the roof. there is a Perferated vinyl that will do that. It will make your sun roof white but close up you can still see the tiny holes in it.

The other option is to use the static cling or semi-permanent vinyl material. That will block out most of the sun and will be solid in look.

I have these I can give you a good price on it as I am a new vender on the foum and would like to get my name out.

Feel free to e-mail me of PM
