Aloha and welcome to NAM.
Now what are you planning to do? Leather doors or on the dash? Building custom audio/video and need covering materials to match?
Others have searched for sources of Blue Lapis leather but found it to be rather expensive to match the Blue dye color, especially in small quantities.
In your local area you might call around to auto upholstery specialists and show them a sample to get an estimate of how much it might run. A good sample is the rear seat cushion or seat back that can be removed from a MINI since you don't have one yet.
Otherwise a search shows these-

Thank you, minihune. To answer your question, yes, perhaps leather for the doors, and carpet for the stealthbox. I'm also hoping to have some floor mats made with the carpet insert more closely matching the leather instead of the carpet. Sounds like I might have to wait until my car is 'in hand' in order to take it to some local shops.

- makes leather shift and e-brake boots. They sell blue leather but it might not be exactly Lapis Blue, however since they have a source for their blue leather if you did your doors with that leather with matching blue boot and brake cover it might be good.
Are you considering the JL stealthbox? It comes covered in black carpet which is pretty neutral. If you have your own custom box then that could be covered in carpet or leather.

Yeah, I'm definitely going with a Stealthbox, as I had one in my prior vehicle and was very pleased with its performance. I haven't seen the boot area of a MINI with the Lapis carpet, but I've been operating on the assumption that it is blue. If it is indeed gray or black, then I can leave well enough alone in that area. If it's blue, I thought getting the Stealthbox covered in matching carpet would be a nice 'stealthy' touch.

They may or may not be able to help. Andy is the guy running the show at Leather Z.

I personally HATE the blue carpet MINI forces on you if you buy the blue lapis seats.... I might find my self with this config, if I want to get a car quicker.... but I figure I will just swap out the blue carpet for black... so, anyone have any idea how much the factory black carpet is? Nice to see the back is not blue also!

For black carpet you might want to just talk to any aftermarket upholstery and auto carpet shop.
Black is generic and should be OK from any source. It would be cheaper than the dealership source I would bet. You can also contact Classic Auto Campus (NAM sponsors) and ask them how much for the stock black floor carpet. (you're not referring to the black floor carpet mats? right?)
