Good for 18bhp, at the wheels...

...Needed a project to fill the time between art glass projects, remixing music, and preparing to move(to the new house)...

...This little piece of graphic art is based on a certain car advert, from a few years back. It woulda looked better If I hadn't gotten the iron too hot. Oh well, back to packing boxes.

Wonderful sticker!

More thrill rides (depends on how old you are)-

Can you do "corkscrews" in your MINI?
Let's see what the Italian Job ride is like!

For the junior thrill seekers.

Not sure if I'd do this in a 30ft pool.

Choices, choices.
There aren't enough days in the week when you're having fun.

A lot of the A4 guys over at Audiworld (that was my last car) liked to put these on the visor.

The site doesn't allow references to external images, copy and paste this into your browser window: http://images.lamer.net/turbo-sticker.jpg

sorsha6, 2.8 or 1.8t? I had OZ wheels too, 18" Cronos Evolutions. I was also pushing 270hp out of the little 150hp engine. Gotta love that good old 1.8t.

I know this is off topic, but the VW R32 should have a pumped-up 1.8t instead of the 3.2l VR6. Golf A4s are already nose heavy and the VR6 adds too many pounds to be a true performance improvement. I've always been a VW fan but they've moved from defining the hot-hatch to defining the over-priced econo-slug. Sorry, I'm passionate about VWs too.

I'm with you on that, Dances. That 3.2 doesn't really belong in cars that size - TT, R32, etc. I looked at an R32 and liked it a lot in concept, but the 3400 lbs sorta kept me away!

mike, i had a '96 green 2.8 with 17" o.z. superleggeras, among some other mods. standard 5 speed, of course. i really did love that car. it was standard with 173 hp (which is about how much i'm getting out of my mini now!), but i think with the exhaust and air filter i got it up to 185 or so. it was a great car, but starting to have too many problems for me to be willing to put the money into it. faulty electronics, the ac was shot (like need of a new compressor shot), the whole climate control panel needed to be replaced, the o2 sensor was constantly on... the usual for a german car, i guess! i'm just happy i have a warranty now, and a fantastic car to boot.

i'll put up a picture of him if i figure out how.

Here's the Zook's warning, looks large here, but it should be to scale when you print it off(150 DPI) the actual sticker will measure 4 1/2"X 2 5/16". It should cover the stock airbag warning with a minimum 1/16" overlap at the edges.

Hmmmmmmm, looks like a 111S(track only)car, unless it's been street legalizied. If such were the case, and both cars were in my garage, the MCS would never get driven. On the subject of thrill rides and orgasms with wheels, I'm kinda partial to the Exige...

...or the 340R...

...I'd even settle for a lowly Elan SE Turbo...

...and now that I'm done post pix of my favorite newer model Lotus', it's time for the moderator to move this thread to the OT-A MB

If you are waiting for an Elise then you are far closer than I to getting one.
I have to save up for two kids in college very soon. No Elise for me.
I did get to drive next to one the other week while cruising in Waikiki with other MINIs. I hear the Elise is no fun in heavy traffic and daily mundane driving.
Almost as bad as a Ferrari but alot cheaper. I mean as "good".
