Go to ebay and buy a new set, or face the dealer price.
Option 2, go to a salvage yard or online salvage site and buy another HL.

You have a gen1 judging by you other postings....
so no Bi-Xenon.....
You have Xenon lows/Halogen Hi beams....
There were 2 different versions....
a pre 2005 reflector version..pretty cheap used (comparatively), and the 2005+ gen1 "facelift" version...with lenses..pretty $$$, even used, but much better working.

Looks like you tried sanding on it? Go out and buy one of the 3M headlight restorer kits. Those thing WORK...and work very well. Might want to try that before going out and getting new lights.

+1 for headlight restoration, 1000 grit wet, then 3000 grit and then buff wheel using plastix and a final sealant/protective coat of a plastic sealer and you are good to go.

Or buy new headlights, they don't sell just the lens.

Tell us what you've already tried to fix it.

If you do get a new or used replacement headlight, just swap the entire housing. The lens is bonded to the housing and not designed to be removable.
