2011+ Mood Lights Retrofit

Hey guys! I have a 2008 Mini Cooper and I'd like to know if there's a way to retrofit the 2011+ mood lights. I have the mood lights on my Mini and I know that to the newer LEDs there are needed 3 positive cables (1 for each red, green and blue) and 1 ground. I just have 2 positive (1 for the blue and the other to the amber) and 1 ground cable. Please help me out with this, this is a mod I really want to do

You could swap out the old ones for the RGB, dont know if that will work or not. Might be able to switch its with a swap out and coding.
