I was wondering if anybody had looked into swapping their tail lights for the new LED ones on the 2011's? I like the look of the new lights, and on first glance it looks like they're bolt-on replacements. I know there may be voltage differences with the LED lights, and I'm wondering if there's any other reason why this wouldn't work.

It was posted by MikeytheMini, a vendor in the UK (newministuff.com). I'm sure he will send you details if you purchase taillights from him. Actually if you want balanced reverse lights as shown, he would be a good source to obtain the UK left taillight with a reverse light.

 

heh, I was hoping free open source information on retrofitting 2011 taillights that's all! Oh well the info will come out soon enough.
