Interior/Exterior Shift Knob Alternative?
A few months ago I installed the Craven shift ****. 
As with other Craven product's I've purchased, the quality is outstanding. I like the fine craftsmanship as well as the hefty weight. However, the Craven **** is just a bit too small for my hand. Is there a good recommended alternative in terms of form and function? Looking at: John Cooper Works JCW Carbon Fibre / Leather ****
