2005 mini cooper shifter size pitch

I am looking to update my shifter **** and wondering if anyone could tell me what the thread size would be?

Try the 1st generation forum. 2nd generation MINIs have shift ***** that snap on, no threads involved.

if you want a shift **** for a MINI there's only one choice IMO

had one on my GEN1 (and sold it sep' from the car with no problem)

would have one on my GEN2 'cept I got the English Oak dash trim in the days where that included the steering wheel and shift ****

Does anyone sell an adapter for those of us that might like to make our own shift *****? I made several ***** for my old Miata but all it required was a threaded insert inside the ****.

I belive the thread on the shifter is 12Mx1.50mm

The megan short shifter (if you're cheap like me) or the craven short shifter both have m12x1.5 threading. I only bought my megan for the threading to get my favorite shift **** in my R53.
