Um, those are not mini specific. If you installed those, you'd never even see the gauge, it'd be almost straight up and down...

I actually like the one that attach to the tachometer. I'm trying to find a gauge pod for a 2010 that is reasonable in price.

Tell me about it. The only 52mm pod is $150.

Are you guys talking about the Alta Gauge Pods?

I have them installed with two Prosport premium gauges. They're excellent but I'll probably have to do a vent insert when I install a meth kit.

Haha, yes I installed mine myself. It was a MAJOR pain in the butt. Doing it a second time would probably be easier tho. I have a boost and oil pressure. Boost was easy, oil pressure took two full days to install in the new engine.

The 52mm one I am talking about is made by Cravenspeed.

You purchased the two individual gauge pods? I saw a dual kit from I think Perrin, but I'm not sure if it fits 2010 Coopers.http://www.ebay.com/itm/Perrin-Perfo...00433716037%26

I think those are the same but from the Alta website they're the same price as the eBay ones.

Porthos, are you talking about THESE? Why in the world would anyone pay $150 for a piece of plastic? I had a hard time paying $35.

Unless I can find another vehicle specific 52mm pod I am probably going to have to rig something up. I have no intention of paying that much.

You could use the Alta ones with the reducer piece. Don't like that option?

That's what I was going to say. The Alta cups come with a little silicone hose that you can use to fit a 52mm gauge into it.

Yeah I didn't see that adapter that Alta supplied. I will be going ahead and getting one to match my other Alta gauge pod.

If you are referring to the Craven gauge mount/cups, they are aluminum, beautifully made and finished. Yes I have a set with the Marshall gauges, yes it was expensive but I'm very happy with them.

Or just buy one w/the gauge from Alta Performance. It is 60mm, though.
