check my headlight Tint

got some headlight Tint from ebay. used the least tinted film i could find, as i didnt want to dull out my headlights too much, but rather give them some protection from the sun and elements.

took a little bit to put on, because i wanted it to look good (no bubbles, ect ect)... not super easy, but, IMO, not much with vinyl is!

check my pics on Google +... (im out of space on this server! 5 megs does not go very far)

host your pictures online on a site like imageshack or tinypic.

Also, headlight tint is highly illegal and dangerous.

you cant tell its tinted at night. its pretty neat actually. I got the lowest tint rating tint i could find. it does not dim my headlights noticeably, IMO...

Hey, Love alot of things you have going there.. as fast as humanly possible, take the eyelid deals off and get everything else blacked out!

On second thought, maybe the eyelid things would look great if you would just black out the whole ring and eyelid included!

easiest mod I think would help you is the 3m tape to black out the chrome line under the glass.. cheers! happy 4th!

black out my Chrome! i dunno... i kinda like it. Besides, the eyelids make the mini look MEAN at night!

and, i feel like most minis that are modded, and have black paint, have blacked out their chrome... i need to be different! lol

I have an Astro Black as well.

I got headlight tints and didn't really like the look, so cut a little experiment with them and created my own subtle eyelids that I've really liked. Here's a pic:

Plus in Toronto its not a big deal to tint your lights, so I went all the way on the rears:

When I first got the car I loved the contrast of the chrome and astro black. I even bought chrome side mirror caps, the chrome grill, and started shopping for chrome cowl vents and all. It didn't take me long to get sick of the chrome and started blacking it all out. So to each his own, we all have our own tastes and preference.

But stand by your decision, I hate that I fell into the cliche of black on black. At first I didn't want to, which is why I covered the headlight trim in vinyl tint to avoid blacking it out completely... but now I want to go all black.

By the way I just post my pictures on facebook, right click them and click view image and then use that URL to post them here. I just started using this forum so I'm assuming it works.
