Arm rest won't allow seat to slide back

OK, so I have this armrest and I'm finding that with both a 05,04 and 02 it doesn't allow the seats to fully travel all the way back to their furthest setting. Somehow the braces are restricting the seats from sliding all the way back. Anyone else have this problem with this model of armrest??

humm, I have the same exact armrest on my 09, without problems. Are you sure it's not for a Gen2?

Yes, it's for the 1st Gen. Seems that the seat belt attachment has a arm that extends down on the side of the seat and comes in contact with the bracket as it extends down the well. Looks like some filing is in order to get it to clear easily. I did get it all the way back but that entails ramming it past the obstacle
