Yes, we have a small batch of gauge faces being produced in black and grey for the 07-08 model and are making a few minor tweaks to the graphics for the 08+ model (has the 80MPH up top instead of 70mph)...

Totally agree. The dark face is a great look but with so many hashmarks (2mph vs. 5mph) it looks too busy to me.

Is there any talk about a gray JCW replacement face? Something about the factory 5mph hashes and number font makes me happy.

Hey Aaron these look hot! I'd like a set for my 2010 Clubman S. Any chance you will make them for the convertible too for our 2012? This would be for the Tach and Openometer (stupid thing), lol.

If the gauges are still being worked on, I'd love to have a set in black for 2013 S. are you considering making them for those with nav?

We just received a limited batch of Grey or Black Gauge faces for earlier Gen2 MINI with 70MPH up top. We have the other colors in production and will also have the 80MPH version available soon.

Aaron,

Any chance of a tach-only option? I have Mini Connected, so I don't need a replacement for the speedo, but my tach is the only silver in the car, so it looks out of place. I'd love to get a black tach face to replace it.

Ready to pull the trigger on these now that there are a set of KM/H. Awesome.

Just not sure on the color. I think I'm leaning towards black but curious to see what the black/grey union jack looks like. Any pictures? JCW grey ?!?! How about a matt black ???

When ordering the km/h, does it matter what's indicated in the box with regards to 70/80 mph?

Does the km/h set ONLY have km/h on them or mph as well ?

Yes, we can do just a tachometer, and without confirming pricing I would imagine it would be right at 55% less than the full kit. Let me know and we can arrange this for you.

Regarding color options: I have not had a chance to photograph all of the options but the colors are the (mostly) same as the Gen 1 that we have offered for about 7 years:

Hey Aaron, any chance of answering some of my questions above??

Also, what's the turn around time to do a set of km/h gauge faces?

These are custom printed as ordered and take about 2 weeks for printing and are shipped direct to the customer from Canada....

The needle removal is actually quite simple and requires even pressure from both sides of the needle- for example use 2 forks with equal pressure from both sides as you pull or leverage UPward to remove the needle...and snapping it back into place is very straight forward once the needle is 'zero'd' out...

We are working on getting a R60 set of tach and speedos so we can develop the graphics...if anyone finds a good deal on a set please let me know..

i just checked realoem.com with the following results for the complete instrument:

62109232432 R58 Cooper S Speedometer
62109232432 R60 Cooper SX Speedometer

62109275561 R58 Cooper S Tach
62109275561 R60 Cooper SX Tach

in both cases, i looked at 03/2012 build cars

looks like there are the same in the countryman!

whoa, I thought I had researched the part numbers about a year ago and found different part numbers for the R60 BUT as you noted the speedo is the same on all gen2 models including the countryman....so this means the gauge faces we currently offer WILL fit the R60!!
