Mini Specialists in NY or DC??

Hey everyone

I'm new to the forum and am currently awaiting my JCW Coupe, should be here first week of Jan! I'm probably going to order a bunch of pieces from Lyle at Vinyl Styles and fully black out the remaining chrome on my car. Does anyone know of a good place in New York City or D.C. where I can have all my new trim installed?

Try Mach 5 Motorsports in Sterling, Va. Right outside of DC.

Their web site is www.fastmini.net

I might just wait for spring and install my speakers that im gonna get at the same time

got this setup from anothe NAM member.. looked awesome

6.5" in the door

Pioneer 4" in the front armrest location:

http://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-TS-D10...084209&sr=8-60

Pioneer 10" sub in the trunk:

http://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-TS-SWX...2084282&sr=1-3

For some reason, the price of the sub has jumped a lot since I bought mine. When I bought it, it was listed at $123 delivered. Now it's $180 delivered. I guess word is getting out about them.

And here's the amp:

Your resonance can also be attributed to the type of steel used to make your exhaust

Try pulling the panels off and using felt tape(amazon.com, i couldnt find anyone who sells it locally) to outline all contact points of plastic. Also double check the bolts securing the window tract(mine was loose frmo the factory and rattled a ton!). Panels come off with a good yank(your gonna think your doing something wrong but you really have to pull on those sons -o -B&%#@%
!

Only thing prior to yanking is around the door handle, there is a plastic tab on the bottom of it, remove the pressure tab then the encircling trim(just pops off) then pull. I usually use a trim tool or flat head screw driver with a towel on it to pry the door panel outward enough to get my fingers in.
