I am trying to paint door handles, gas cap, and headlight/taillight rings.

How do i paint these? Do i have to sandblast them??

 

How to paint them really depends on what you want to paint them with. Best case is prime and paint, if your using plasti-dip clean and go to town. Do not sand blast any of those parts, none of them are metal and you will pit/destroy the pastic.

 

Yes, they are all plastic, definitely do not sandblast. I've not used it, but I think Plasti-Dip really is the right answer for this application, if you are going black.
