Project for today Scuttle Black out

Wanted to black out the scuttles, but wanted some accent on them. So rather then just black them all with just the red decal, I taped off the raised portion of chrome on the S and the red decal. I used Satin Black Krylon, coated everything, let sit in sun for a few hours and re assembled and installed. Am very happy with finished look, just concerned about durability. I wanted to wrap them but after trying 3 times I didnt want to waste any more wrap material. Let me know what you all think. Door handles are next!!

I switched mine with the regular cooper scuttle. that black will never chip. I figure it looks cleaner without the "S". It's obvious anyways.

I did mine with plastidip 3 years ago and they still look like brand new.

1+ for plastidip
