what racing harness should i get?

wanting them for autocross...mcs 2003

which schroth harness would fit the stock seat...4 point prefferably

Schroth Rally 4 - as seen here.
Nice in that it clips in and out - just need to add the receivers for front and rear on the left sides. These come up in the marketplace now and again as well.

The Schroth quick-fit 4-point is the way to go with the stock seat. If you want to go to five or a six point, you're looking at new seats....

If you mean does a harness make driving easier on a track - definitely!
Because you're secured in the seat, you can use your hands to turn the wheel, versus bracing your body against the wheel.
