I've been searching for online images of the various colors that are available for the dash & downtubes for a 2006 R50...can anyone help?

What do you mean? Painted? leather? etc...
redlinegoods.com is a great place for leather and vinyl
coopergear.com would be good for CF and wood simulation
or search around on hear to see the DIY's...Ill try and post some of my pictures...It is hard to capture what I did unless teh light is just right...

Ahh...um...I guess the easiest way would be to just do some searching through the gallery on here and google-ing it...sorry I cannot help more, I do not think that there are any specific threads about that...

well there's silver, anthracite, cf, and leather
and for the dash is just about the same but then there's also piano black
(these are all off the top of my head..)

when was the wood offered? R53? or just R56?

Also, Alloy Patina was available

I'm going to take advantage of Classic MINI's 10% over cost sale...Schultze is Hyper Blue/White with Anthracite interior (not the headliner, though). I have Wet Okoles in Royal Blue & Black and I'd like to add some color to "pop" the dash & downtubes. I don't suppose Chili Red or Gloss Black were available as colorlines, eh?

 

Piano black was the closest to all black...I kind like the circle in the airbag cover...

If you want "pop" I would go with a custom paint job. That way you could pop in any color you want. As far as OEM is concerned, none of them are any good and I think you have the best interior color out of them.

 

No pics yet but i had my patina dash,down tubes and the door ''ovals'' painted Indi blue to match the body.
