STOPTECH OR BREMBO ROTORS
Hello Everyone!!!
This is my Mini
i would like to know if somebody could help me..
I tried to put the Porsche calipers on my car, but it won't fit... now, i'm trying to put the Mitsubishi EVO VI, and i think they will fit...
What i want to know is:
- Are the Brembo or Stoptech rotors ( 328 x 28mm ) with the same offset of OEM ???
- Where can i buy only the rotors... Brembo or Stoptech ?

If the EVO's will work, and these should be 2 piece rotors (rotor and hat) you might try contacting Brembo to see about getting the correct offset Mini hat. Thats the way i put together my Wilwood set up. Wilwood rotors of a certain size (12.19 x .810 in my case) could work on many different cars, you just need the correct hat for your particular application.Hope this helps.

There are so many things wrong with these "cross over, take-off, Ebay deals" that I don't know where to begin. You're far better off spending your money on properly fit and engineered kits for your car, regardless of who, than to try and do these things.
I know..you won't believe me but it's more common than you think. Car gets taken apart, parts are measured incorrectly, wrong information is supplied, vendors supply what is requested, customer is unhappy about fit and finish, it's done over, finally fit right, then the pedal feel and response is crap, "I've bled them SIXTEEN times now!" and the pedal is still soft". Parts are torn back off everyone is to blame but the owner who went down the wrong road to begin with...etc.
Take it FWIW; sell them as quickly as you can, take your losses and move on. Do it right one time and be done with it.
And 'no' that is not the offset as shown. See what I mean; we've got bum info already.
