Recaro Seat's harness

Have anyone tried 4 point harness on the JCW Recaro seats? Possible to mount the harness to it?

Do you have the JCW seats? I was told by my dealer that they were not available in the USA. Others have heard the same, so there proabably aren't many, if any, people who have them in the USA.

Go for the Schroth system. This is the only 4-point system you should ever consider for the MINI. It has the anti-submarine system.

From what I know, OEM seats for R53 is by Sparco. OEM for R56 is by Recaro which comes with airbags. 2 choice of upholstery, leather and mine alcantara. My mini is not with me at the moment, will post some pics soon.

That is correct, the R53 JCW seats are Sparco Demon/Milano.
The R56 JCW seats are Recaro Sportster CS.
Mine don't have the airbags because i bought them from Recaro as the same seat from MINI is twice the price.
I fitted the R56 JCW/Recaro' to my R53 because i am not a fan of the R53 JCW/Sparcos.

The factory R53 JCW/Sparcos have no airbags.
The factory R56 JCW/Recaros do have airbags but don't have the weight sensor in the passenger seat required in the US, which i believe is the reason you are not getting them.

WHAT?? screw the passenger! haha i usually drive by myself anyway. Im assuming the weight sensor is so that if the person is underweight, the airbag wont deploy... well i only drive around full sized people... (no kids)
