Bentley style grill

Has anyone seen anything that could be used to make a grill similar to the Bentley GT or perhaps a Jaguar R? I've seen some stainless mesh materials, but they seem really thin. Jaguar uses a thick mesh. Bentley has a laser-cut grill that looks like mesh at first, but actually has unique deep pattern.

It's more just honeycomb mesh, but consider getting the Factory Aero Grille chromed?

The closest thing would probably be the M7 grill.

Just a thought... I have the M7 grlle, and I love it. Its nothing like a Jag or Bentley grille tho. You have to realize that those grilles are thick (esp. the Bentley) and there isnt a vast amount of space to work with. Moreover though, any grille like that would be pretty heavy, and theres not a ton of structure to mount to.

They are called "race mesh grills" do a google search....a few people carry them for the MINI. I like the look but they install by just zip-tying them to the stock grille....which seemed a bit cheap to me.

You can pick them up here:

Not sure if these attach with zip ties. I'd consider them if they had matching ones for the rear S bumper.

I think those are the same as the ones i posted. And the company that makes them (RaceMesh) offers rear grilles as well

That black trim, tape? some kind of sealer? anyway, it looks uneven. I think it would look better if the grill continued to the bodywork.

Damn, you're right.

And yeah, I'm not feeling the rubber around the grills.

Agreed....between the crooked surrounds and the zip-ties that someone told me about, they seemed a bit cheap. But i do love that woven style mesh. It looks great on bentleys and aston martins
