simple cosmetic mod, paint the MINI letters white with Testor's Model paint (sticks to plastic best so far)

Here's my additions - mostly on the front view and going for a bit of the "chrome look":

In this shot:
Mirror caps
Supercharger intake
Nudge bar

Interior shots (not included here) include:
Chrome brake handle
Chrome gear stick surround
Mini mobile phone mount adapted for iPod
Additional stalk for phone by A-Pillar

Rear:
Clear lens 3rd brake light
Chromed license plate surround

If anyone is interested I can attach more pics.

Cheers,

>>What have you done to make your MINI "yours". I know this has been done before but we get new members all the time. From mild to wild, let's see what you've done.
>>I added my own side stripe and a UK name plate. I guess that would be mild.Show me your stuff.
>>
>>Thanks, MB

Thanks for the kind words. Just about any modern graphics shop can work with you if you have an idea in your head and the ability to convey it. The shop I chose was very excited about doing a MINI. They should be able to show you your idea on the computer before you commit. Good luck and show us what you come up with.

When I started this thread a while back, I hoped to get a look at some cool mods. You guys and gals have shown some really nice work. Thanks for all of the response, I've really enjoyed it. We're a talented group of Motorers.

Not really, it depends on how much time is involved for the artist at his computer and the amount and type of material you need. My side stripes were very affordable because I already knew exactly what I wanted. Don't give up. Your own idea makes a one-of-a-kind mod that you will be proud of. Don't forget to show us what you come up with.
