Spectral Glider, What is the black patch on the lower body just behind the door? Is it part of the package, or those magnetic rock deflectors?

 

^^ You know, the rock guard really helps with the look of that aero kit!

 

Yeah, it's the magnetic stone guards.

I know to most the hyper kit is a little jarring, but I really do believe it looks much better in person than in pics. The funny thing is this comment I've gotten from people that aren't familar with MINIs, "Those black arches are cool, were they extra?"

 

I still haven't seen one in person, so you're probably right. I did, however, see a JCW aero kit in person today and it looked 10x better than in the pictures.

Rigby is beautiful.

 

I like Rigby's painted wheel arches too. If the rear shot of Rigby is available you should add it to this thread! I also like the rear portion of the Hyper Sport Aero kit the best of all the Aero kits.

Between the Hyper Sport, JCW, Hamann, and AC Schnitzer there are a lot of choices now!

That is a really nice pic! Very clean looking with the painted arches, lowered on the H&R's and the aero kit, looks great.

 

Having seen several hyper sport cars in person I can say they do look far better in person than faux-toes! But the painted arches on Rigby REALLY set things of nicely!

Here's a close up view of the hyper sport aero kit easily compared to the standard aero kits of the red and white MINI's behind it.
