He can do just about anything. Do a search for whalen and you'll see a lot of his work here on NAM.
Here is a gallery of some of his work. http://thewhalenshiftmachine.shutter...AYtWbNq4btWLjo

Very cool.
I am still loving my new shifter and could never go back to a round **** but that just my personal taste. The good thing is Doug has so many styles that you will find the one to fit your personal style
Seems he has a new **** ever week lol
Doug how about matching brake levers?

I just miked that ball, and it's actually 1.995" diameter.
I turned that ball into a shift **** just for fun. It was originally the result of my testing out my CNC lathe program, when I was gearing up to make a few stainless steel *****.
I also made a few black Delrin ones, and some brass ones.

Doug--
Go figure after 3yrs people are still wanting the brake lever made. Well, if you ever decide to, put me on the list
Can't wait for my shift **** to get delivered. It was good talking to you the other day.
Thanks

Anybody got a pic of an OEM English Oak shift ****?? I was trying to hunt down one of these ***** at the dealership the other day and they said they had gotten none in...at least among the dealer spec cars!!!
I'm hoping to have one installed on my Cooper.

Doug--
I got the **** over the weekend. It's awesome! I find myself shifting a little more presicely. I feel myself pulling back into the gates instead of pulling up and back as like I was with the stock ball **** (a habit I picked up with the ball style ****).
thanks

Closest thing I have seen is the craven shift well cover.
