I installed these Hellas on the front of my MINI over the weekend. I mounted them with the OutMotoring.com brackets set at the highest setttings to allow more air to the radiator. They are crazy bright! Like turning on the sun. Probably never use them much but they look cool.

LOL - I was thinking "not low enough". I just LOVE the "4 lights in the lower grille" look personally, and if I didn't have to maintain a front license plate, I'd install 4 down there tomorow.

Guess it just proves that you can't please everyone no matter what you do, ESPECIALLY where MINIs are concerned.

I had two of those mounted on top of the front bumper on my 1995 Ford Escort 2 door. Pretty damn bright. Loved that car.

Get those ridiculous covers off! Get some clear vinyl headlight protection if you're worried about damage. Those things have pretty heavy duty lenses anyway, you'll be fine.
