So if I wanted a set for my '08 Clubman (non-S) in satin black with the numbers outlined, would that make them multi-colored ($125) instead of the $60? Or is the $125 for custom designs.
Also, what other colors can you outline the numbers in? I have a MY car w/ Yellow color-lone, and was wondering if you have a yellow close enough that would look good, and if not, could they be outlined in silver or white instead of red (red just wouldn't match anything in my interior).
Sorry for all of the questions!

Hmm ... I'd get you mine but I kinda need the car. Ha. I think there's a good number of people interested, though.... perhaps it'd be worthwhile to source one from a scrapyard?...

guages
i wouldnt even consider the vinyl guages. they look so tatty and cheap.
sure, with a good installation they may look "better". but they are only vinyl overlay. exactly that. they just over lay on the oem. if plp or vendors starting making proper plates like the duell ag ones. that would be awesome. i feel like going to japan just for those guages.
simply breath taking!!!

I have had my guage overlays for almost 3 years now. Here ar some tricks I learned.
1. Make a small slit close to the needle and you can avoid taking the needle off. On the speedo, make it from the cutout for the radio controls to the hole for the needle. it is only about 1/4 inch.
2. Make a samll slit and slide it over the needle
3. Use double sided tape to give it a firm fit to the guage surface.
4. I had issues with the glossy platic on the numbers and hashes in the sun. I sprayed a clear matte finish on them and it eliminated the glare.
5. I also had trouble seeing the actual numbers because my guages are black. I went to a theater supply house and bought a lighting gel [makes stage lights different colors] and applied it to the back over the printed hash marks and numbers. The nice part is that you can make your numbers any color you choose. Mine are yellow and show up well against the black faces. The also do not interfere with the orange backlighting at night. To make themstand out, I also added a piece of white tissue paper to behind the gel to make the yellow stand out a little more.
The only problem I had was etting the speedo bezel back on. I have a little gab and cannot figurre out how to get the top tabs back into position. If anyone knows the anser to that I wold appreciate the advise.
