And the DIY Home Depot Lip...double sided tape and screws/washers holding it on:

^^ I like the shape you gave the corners of the lip -- transitions perfectly to the front bumper.

Id imagine it would just crack. because even if you use the hardest garage door sealer, it still has a little flex

I think this would also look rad if you put a splitter under it. It would make the splitter blend into the bumper better. I will be doing the mod this weekend.

I'll have to try this -- and may have to experiment with a back bumper "lip" on either side of the exhaust

Haha! I just finished mine! Looks SO cool. only 13 bucks for everything. I just drove up on my ramps and did it. I tried to blend the ends in but it was harder to cut than I thought. Even with a new razor. Then I took my grinder with a sanding flap on it and tried to blend it. I ended up just making it end where the lines on the lower bumper are. Like the picture tekron has.

I also have enough that I thought.. Humm.. What would this look like on the rear on either side of the exhaust. I ran out of tape but I think I might try this later in the week.

It was a SUPER easy mod to do. Looks cool and when it ever needs to be replaced it was only 8 bucks. This forum rocks!
