GP0203 has been on a track only during MTTS'06 - and it doesn't really count since speeds were largely limited to about 30mph
When you mention the "clip" you might be referring to a standard GP hook for attaching a baby seat (something I removed from GP0203, but which was present from factory)

I'd never seen one on any gp's while i was working on minis. Also, the engine torque brace kinda suggests it to me. Not that it really makes much difference anyways. Most of the teenagers here drive their cars faster on the roads than on a track anyway.
