Navigation & Audio 2 MINIs one app?

2 MINIs one app?
Let me say we have enjoyed our connected in our Roadster but have been a little disappointed in the loss of Facebook ect.. Found ourselves in need of a backseat and was planning on getting a third car pretty much stripped.
Yesterday we got a pretty good deal on a 2015 MINI NEXT countryman with connected and navigation.
Does any one know if we can you one app with both cars? Or does one of us need to start over?
What's this journeymate and is it only for the NEW MINI?
