Wow - I was looking at the earlier posts (not noticing the dates) and wanting to scream! I paid $4.149 at the 76 station closest to my house a couple of days ago. Really makes me glad that I'm not filling up the tank of my old SUV at 25 gallons per fillup.....
That is just depressing. In the short time (5 years) I've been driving gas has gone through the roof. The first time I ever filled up it was $1.04/ gallon. Today I filled up at Sunoco and 93 was $3.85 (a little cheaper than last week actually)
OK, when I bought my MINI, gas was about $1.72 per gallon.
Not bad,.............. if it was a dyno graph . I paid $4.23 at Chevron last night . My baby may have to start getting by on Costco gas . You know whats galling?............they pump oil less than 40 miles from here .
$3.91 for 91 at a local Shell Station on the Corner close to my house. Only on the 3rd Fill Up with Molly. It was $76 to fill up our '01 Durango last week, 26gal Tank, that was at Costco, too.
Just Paid $4.09/gallon 91 Octane at a Shell in Fullerton a few moments ago. Fortunately, I have yet to break the $50 mark on a fillup. Always very close--usually $49.79 or something like that. Sad I do this fillup 3 times a week though. Found a place that sells 92 a few blocks from the shop, price is the same as 91.
