General MINI TalkShared experiences, motoring minutes, and other general MINI-related discussion that applies to all MINIs, regardless of model, year or trim.

I wonder if any of those "young guys" who started this thread are still around on the forum. Since this was started six years ago, they're all old now.
hey joining in a little late but was bored at school and stumbled upon this thread. I am currently 18 and have had my R53 since 16th of June 2008. Gone through a lot with my baby...most recently it was stolen in Lincoln, NE. I have done some basic mods at the moment, with my payments on it and modding my mustang, this doesnt get the big money dropped into it like i want....but someday...Auto x racing here i come!!!
Got my mini when I was 18, now i'm 21. 05mcs, I love my super charger, bought it when it had 4 miles on it and was still wrapped in plastic. Now it's got almost 59k driving every weekend from Tampa to Orlando.
Im 21 hoping to purchase a MINI this summer. It will be my first however my dad had 3 mini classics when he was my age so minis are nothing new to me. Anyone in the midwest area? Im in kansas. I regularly drive to the Illinois area. (all over IL).
I just got my first mini a week ago. I'm 25 so almost on the verge of being ineligible for this thread .
I've wanted a mini for at least 3 years now and finally got one...all on my own with no trust funds, grandma's money, or stock options like some of today's whipper snappers
