I like the "Show me your wheels" thread here because it actually is what it says. Pretty much every post is a pic of some wheels, with maybe a a few questions inbetween. I know this is a free country and forum and we all can post wherever we want, but it would be nice in this case or all other cases like it, if people who "think it is a stupid idea" would just start a new thread about that topic.
Can't we all just get along?

(235 seems to be the next one at this point in the string, but...I thought I saw someone with #250 awhile back.

Tell ya what guys---while I do have an MMC#95, and we all know that we have unique NAM ID's for the most part---I'll tell ya what's even more relevant than MMC.

My FindAMotoringBuddy.com app. Why?? Well Edge for instance is already NMD#740 (National Motoring Database). If you really want unique identities so that while you're on the road, you can ID each other, and enter that number here, you already got it if you're registered---while this feature to search by ID currently isn't implemented, it can be enabled pretty simply--then there's really no need for selecting MMC numbers.

On the other hand, there could also be other ID methods such as searching other data like vanity plates, descriptive info, etc...

Looks like when DiD merged threads the sticky from this got unstuck! I'm still waiting for the number I want to get close.

Actually it was unstuck long before that... Activity on this thread has died off in the last two weeks plus the founder hasn't visited the board in almost a month....
