Jaciking up my Mini

Hello- Could someone post or send me a picture of where a floor jack would be positioned at either the front or rear to allow both wheels off the ground. I want to jack up both wheels at the same time so I can position jacks under the jacking points under the car. thank you so much!!!!

If you jack up from the front jacking point you’ll get one side completely off the ground, so make sure you chock the front wheels, cause I’ve even gotten three (front and both rears) off the ground that way.

Cut a 2X4 to fit between the 2 jack points, balance it on the jack and run it up between the jack points and up she goes. A gone now member posted several demo pictures in a thread he called "How a 2X4 lifts a MINI".

For gen 1 and 2, haven’t had the chance to play with a 3 yet, if you look at the front mount, about a foot In towards the exhaust it looks like a box frame. Use a piece of wood or rubber, on pad, place jack just enough behind the front jack point to get your jack in, and raise from there. It will raise whole side of the car, rinse and repeat. Whatever side I start with, I go back and lift it back up just enough to make sure jacks haven’t moved. Have used this method for years no issues.
