Mini Master Tech

Has anyone had experience with your SA asking if you would like a a Mini Master Tech from Mini USA visit to check out an issue with your car?
I have had a growl in my Manual trans when shifting from 1-2 in my 2022 for over a year now. The shop foreman was useless and tried to tell me it was fine. The throwout bearing was replaced. No difference.

Thanks

I haven't had such experience, but sounds like it would be a good thing to me. If the dealer tech can't find any issue, a Mini Master tech would be the next best thing.
