[R52] Rear mounting points, possible bike rack?

So I mountain bike a ton, and I realized that by going with a 2005 R52S convertible, I wouldn't have anywhere to haul my bike. I got to looking closer, and I realized that mine has these little things that look like some sort of mounting system. Does anyone know what they're called, if I could mount some sort of bike rack on them, and where to get whatever I need?

Sorry, not the greatest quality!

Update: After lots more digging, I think this may be a Minifini Sportlink.

Correct. Expensive!. I think the best solution is a standard 1-1/4" hitch that mounts behind the bumper and is accessed through the rear brake/fog lamp just above the exhaust. This allows you to use standard bike racks. A guy just started a thread about his here

Of course if you already have the receiver for the MiniFini then you're part of the way there

I'll look into those, but I think I'd rather use the SportLink, even if I have to DIY something.

Could someone with a MiniFini SportLink post some pictures of the attachments up close? I wonder if I could rig up an attachment myself...

Try posting a wanted ad in the marketplace.

The guy in this link fabricated his own. Working off the minifini receivers you could do something yourself also.

Thanks for the link, this is pretty much what I'd like to do with my sportlink. I want to try to find some pictures of the attachments though. Thanks!

i had one of the mini fini ones and sold the bike hitch part. Its easier with the mini fini bike rack to mount to that hitch type.
