Track Driving Tips Specific to MINIS and FWD
I dont think bracing does anything on these cars, they are already stiffer than most. I would go with offset front arm bushings, I set them to add castor. Next up real camber plates, these things need at least 2.5 degrees and more castor if you can. but on the street you'll want to drop them back to 2 degrees.
if you have excessive inside wheel spin a LSD will help, helps a lot! i use the mini oem lsd in both my cars, i like them. Someday I might put in something more aggressive but I already out corner everything at the track, adding too much torque on outside wheel will increase oversteer on exit

the best mod you can make is more seat time.
I agree with Mr. Blah - hit the curbs (where they exist) and smooth on the throttle. There's a couple of places where it sounds like throttle - hesitate - throttle. Get on the gas smoothly as you start to straighten out after the apex. Take a few laps slow and concentrate on being as smooth as possible. Then turn it up.

Follow up question to NAM . Now that I have and LSD, the car drives differently. Any tips or things I should change as far as driving? Is there anything i should watch out for? I'm welcoming all kinds of advise I can bring with me to the track. Thanks in advance.
Now in rear wheel drive is a bit different I have to be pretty gentle on the throttle in my 135 or it's going to power over steer and one wheel spin all the way to about 75mph it's kind of crazy, it'll also scrub speed and it's much slower if I let it power oversteer too much
The only difference I can tell in the track between open diff and LSD is I don't have to unwind the wheel quite as much and I can get on the throttle a little quicker It really only affects track out. LSD will cause you to push so be prepared if you get too aggressive on the throttle the outside wheel will start to spin and it will push you wide and you can run out of track pretty quick you can also use this to your advantage if you need to move to the outside you can induce understeer

Your 135 seems like a blast to drive!
135 is fun but it's far from dialed in I'm like 5 seconds a lap slower at NCcar in the 135 all those flat turns don't help that the car is heavy. It's going to get some suspension adjustments and a front splitter before I go back I'll be at CMP with BMW club later this summer
Ok NAM, just got back from Streets of Willow. Had a blast and tried my best to make my inputs smoother and feel the car rotate. still lots of work needed, but I'm getting more aware of how the car likes to behave. anyway, here's a lap. I would appreciate any critique you can provide.
Thanks,

I just found this thread and had some similar questions regarding FWD / Mini suspension and track driving.
I don't want to repost all the details here but if you check this will you give me your opinion?
