R53 powerflex gearbox inserts/mounts help

hello guys. So i triednto install these the other day. Remibes the gearbox Mount. Took out the 2 black inserts and the blue hard plastic inside the bushing.
I was able to mount the small powerflex on the font side.
But had a really hard time mount the the rear ones ( bigger )

should i trim the top part that goes in? Really baffled my this.

So so i ended up using the front party only and reinstalled the thin black insert on the rear. Am i going to have i issues with this?
Thank You

We use a big pair of pliers and squeeze it in. Or you can take the entire mount off and use a vise to kinda press it in.

Yes it will usually stay in. You can also use a little grease to make it slide in easier.
