Back up Camera

Does anybody know if the back up camera was standard on 2017 models, specifically the Mini Cooper S Convertible? Thanks in advance.

I have an 2017 F56 (not S) with a manufacture date of March 2017; no back up camera.

Thanks. Apparently it was an option until the 2018 model year.

Because they could charge extra for it through 2017, but in 2018 they will be forced to make it standard (required by law): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Backup_camera#Mandates
