Hi All:

Have a 2016 MCS with JCW exterior/interior packages, HK and steering wheel controls for volume, next track and previous track. I have found this incredibly useful. I have 18 hours of music on my iPhone and am constantly skipping to next track.

Worked perfectly until a few months ago. It stopped working for aweek, then worked intermittently for a few weeks, than refused to work for several weeks. Now wworking again.

Taking car in for yearly oil change, etc. and will ask about steering control to change tracks. My only (and very big concern) is whether they will be able to troubleshoot by simply removing steering wheel, or the radio control pod on wheel.
Other than this, the car is perfect. Zero rattles, defects, no mechanical issues....and I don't want to have the dash torn apart and risk rattles and future issues. Does anyone have an idea what them might do or what might be causing this issue?
