Antifreeze

New Mini owner.........just bought a 2013 Cooper S

What antifreeze are you using?
I found these two, would either one be ok ?

The G48 is pretty close to the BMW stuff. G05 is another option that some here have used. Remember to use distilled water to cut anything that is not already diluted.

Notice two gallons of Pre diluted zerex G48 will cost way more than a gallon of bmw antifreeze from a dealer plus a gallon of distilled water from the supermarket..

Yes the Genuine stuff is not that much, you can get some aftermarket that meet the specs. Just as long as it meets the spec for MINI. Distilled water mixed 50/50. Evans waterless we carry now and thats great for stored vehicles as its waterless.
