Antifreeze missing? leaking?

So I picked up some washer fluid today, and while filling up the lamps and wipers I noticed that the antifreeze (I guess thats the container that says Min/Max on it) had almost nothing in it. Is this normal? Isn't this something that gets changed every 50,000 miles? Should I call the dealership? No lights have gone on or anything but seems odd its so low.

How many miles on the car? Some loss of coolant is not cause for concern, but if you are below the Min level, then you may have a leak somewhere. For starters, I would top off with distilled water (to the Max level). Then, if the car is still under warranty, have the dealer do a pressure check of the cooling system. If there is a leak, then they (the dealer) get to find out where and why. You might have a radiator that has developed a pinhole leak, or the leak is somewhere else.

hmmm

Got less then 20,000 miles on the car. I'd rather just take it to the dealer and let them figure it out, especially with it starting to get really cold.
