Can we get an F55 group in the Gen 3 section?

Any chance we can get an F55 group in the Gen 3 section? I believe there are enough differences between it and the F56 to warrant it's own group. Anyone else think the same?

Thanks,

Tim

Should have a section for every model designation, not sure why it is such a big deal for them to add them as the cars are released.

Just curious what you think are the big differences between the two F56/F55, since we have both. I consider the doors with frames vs. not, but beyond that what else do you feel is different. Just curious.

I like them both and the only real reason I like my F56 is my music selection and stereo (modded) sounds a lot better.

Exhaust is def different since the F55 is 8 inches longer. Special editions (my Carbon for example, and I understand another Carbon will be coming out in 2018) would be nice to discuss and not get buried in the F56 section. Mods for autocrossing might be different for the F55 vs the F56 due to length. I don't expect a good bit of traffic...

My Carbon has made me excited to be a MINI owner again much more than my R60 and more like when I had my R53.

I'd also like to see an F55 picture thread.

As an F55 owner (recently, traded in a '09 R56 for a '17 F55) it'd be a welcome addition to the forums.

Just realized that this should be in the Site Feedback section. Can someone move this there?

Thanks,

Tim
