ERROR p0015 PLEASE HELP

Hello everyone!
i know that the P0015 error issue has been discussed already but I'm getting totally crazy!
i replaced both camshaft sensor and vanos solenoid but the error still there not matter what!
does anyone had or have the same issue??
does someone know what should i do next to get it fixed??
i noticed that when i start the engine the rpm goes up for like second to 2.5 and then comes back down to 1.2 while the engine is heating up.

then i drive for like few miles and the check engine light comes up again..
also i noticed that when the engine is a normal temperature and i try to shut it down and turn it on few times the check engine light goes away and then after like 10 miles comes back...
please if anyone had this issue fixed please let me know what i should do..

thankkkssssss

First, what MINI do you have? Poor idling is definitely a symptom of P0015. It could ultimately be a timing issue. Check out this thread HERE.

Ok, so that link I posted above is still a viable option as it was a timing issue with his Non S N12 engine. If you're DIY savvy you will want to check your chain as your timing could be off. We have timing parts here if needed.
