Engine starting issue

Hello there!
I have engine starting issue.
It's happened only when car stands alone more then 12 hours. This problem started 2 mouths ago. I have Mini cooper S r52 convertible 2008 92200Km. Last actions: battery change (OEM), oil change (mobile 1 0w-40), sparking plugs changed (OEM), intake air filter (aFe Power Pro Dry S Air Filter). No any modification in the engine.
Video link:

As I understand, it can be fuel filter or fuel pump problem.

It could also be a fuel pressure regulator problem, injector, or an ignition coil or wires. You'll need to do some diagnostic to figure out which of the components it is.

You will need to check your fuel pressure at the rail either at startup or disconnect the coil pack and get fuel pressure at cranking. 55 PSI is golden.

There is also a lot of good information in this thread about stalling on startup.
