-40 is cold! And that one is the same on both C and F scales... Heck, according to xkcd, that's where spit goes "clink"! :D

Don't have a picture, but it is 27C here at the moment. That comes out to about 82F. This is winter, and I have a jumper on. It gets up to about 34C during the wet. There is a reason I live in the Tropics!!

I have not seen snow in over 25 years, and I don't miss it.

Cheers,

Ken

No snow in 25 years. Reminds me of when my x-wife saw snow for the first time. We were dating and she was up for Xmas (from Colombia) I woke up and it had snowed a lot the night before. I lived on the 3rd floor and she was stuck to the picture window for about an hour looking at the big flakes fall. She spent hours playing in the snow that day lol.

Thanks for the post.

Ouch! Reminds me why we left Michigan in 1976.

yea; but, these cars would be a blast to drive in the snow. We used to take our cars/trucks in the winter and drive out onto the lakes and do 360s in the winter in Alaska. One winter we went early and folks were doing it. This fella had a brand new ford 4X4 pick up and of course he found the thin ice and sunk his truck. Expensive mistake.

I always wanted to do the Arctic MINI run and get my MINI up to the Arctic Circle.
